What Is TicTask

TicTask is a lightweight tool built for minimal, modern and efficient workflow.

Although work can be personal, TicTask uniquely platforms both personal and collaborative tools to enable fast, transparent teamwork, ownership, clarity and flexibility across highly affordable workspaces.

By leveraging the fundamental concepts of software engineering, the product is designed to breakdown workflow into custom(izable) tickets [Modularity begets Productivity], separate organizations and team workspaces [Separation of Concerns] and integrate users' data i.e. profile, ticket, teams with Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the core [Abstraction & Encapsulation].

This helps individuals and teams capture work, assign ownership, track progress, and react faster.

Pricing & Billing

We offer freemium for individual accounts, basic/ standard tier for small teams and pro, enterprise plans for larger teams needing advanced features like SSO, audit logs, and longer retention.

Billing is per team, and billing information is required for business accounts.

Business account = Team owner. Team owner can invite a number of members depending on paid plan. However, if a paid plan downgrades or exceeds the limit number of members, owner get billed per extra user or team.

Accounts with expired, failed or no subscription can always use TicTask with freemium. Freemium accounts have limited features, and can get invited to paid teams without being billed directly for team membership(s). Meanwhile, individual accounts that need paid features can also, easily setup billing and enjoy upgraded experiences.

Standard monthly billing cycle is 30 days, and payment due triggers a 5-day grace period with persistent billing re-trials. Failed payment disables all business features and dissolves teams temporarily.
